Nice, quick sale!
I'm pleased to say I just sold #11 at Highpointe (2101 Whistler Road) in less than 2 weeks of being listed for sale. It sold within 96% of the list price. It was priced to sell and the Sellers did an excellent job of 'staging' it. The Buyers recognized good value here! I hope they are happy in their new home!
