Here are the specifics:

I will:

* Use years of experience in property evaluation to establish an accurate list price based on comparable sales and current listings.

* Provide recommendations for staging and preparing the property for presentation.

* Co-list the property with Sutton West Coast Realty -Laura Wetaski and RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate - Chris Wetaski.  This provides double the exposure...at no extra cost to you. 

Exposure:
* Professional photos will be taken of the property.

* The property will be promoted through the Whistler Listing System – 130 Whistler Agents and the MLS – Multiple Listing Service (Vancouver).

* Photos of the property will be displayed on the photo board in the window at Sutton West Coast Realty- Whistler and REMAX in Marketplace.

* The property will be promoted through our personal web sites at www.laurawetaski.com and www.mrski.ca.

* Promote the property on the next available Whistler Realtor’s Tour.

* We use the Pique Newsmagazine and Whistler Question and will advertise the property on a rotational basis.

In addition, I will:

* Provide accurate property information to buyers and Agents ie. Strata information, Tourism Whistler fees, municipal taxes, ect.

* Co-ordinate with the rental property manager (when applicable) to determine availability for showing, and gather rental income information to promote to potential buyers and other Agents.

* Be available on short notice for showings to buyers and other Agents.

* Negotiate a satisfactory selling price and terms and ensure the Purchase and Sale documents are enforceable.
