I'm pleased to say I just sold #11 at Highpointe (2101 Whistler Road) in less than 2 weeks of being listed for sale.  It sold within 96% of the list price.  It was priced to sell and the Sellers did an excellent job of 'staging' it. The Buyers recognized good value here!  I hope they are happy in their new home!

The Peak Chair opened for us today after several days of heavy snowfall.  Whoohoo!  Great early ski season conditions! We even skied out on Creekside today.  It wasn't groomed but there was good coverage.  The only rock I uncovered was ........... oh sorry, can't tell ya where it was.  It's a family secret!  Hope to see ya on the hill!

La Niña and the incredible Olympic legacy snowmaking infrastructure at Whistler Blackcomb have created a winter wonderland. To celebrate, Whistler Mountain will open on Friday, November 19.

And with an increase in the number of sales this week to 13...are we beginning to see some of that positive energy left behind from the Olympics spill over into the real estate market.  Let's hope so!

With 14 cm on Saturday, 26 cm overnight on Sunday night and 5 to 10 cm during the day on Monday with the temperature around -5 or -6 this sure doesn't feel like spring skiing!!  This is FANTASTIC POWDER skiing!
